These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and oklplay ("oklplay," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the oklplay platform, website, and all related services available at oklplay.net.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any oklplay service — including but not limited to placing bets, playing games, depositing funds, or claiming bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the oklplay platform and close your account. Continued use of oklplay after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and maintain an account with oklplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling age regulations.
• You are physically present and residing within the Philippines at the time of use.
• You are not listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register or any self-exclusion list maintained by oklplay.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Your use of oklplay does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. oklplay conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) — at any time.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oklplay account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

oklplay permits only one account per individual. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, oklplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold pending withdrawals, and recover any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

You agree to notify oklplay immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. oklplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

oklplay reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews and request updated identity verification documents at any stage of your account's lifetime. Failure to cooperate with such reviews may result in account suspension pending resolution.

oklplay accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven (via payment kiosk), and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. oklplay does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited from payment accounts that do not match your oklplay account identity may be held pending verification or returned to the source.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches your verified identity.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• oklplay reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above a designated threshold.
• Processing times vary by payment channel. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day; bank transfers may take one to three business days.

oklplay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or factors outside oklplay's direct control.

oklplay offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback programs, and reload incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each promotion specifies its own minimum deposit requirement, wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period. These details are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any funds derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering on games with a house edge above a specified threshold may contribute at a reduced rate, as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• oklplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already accepted by eligible players.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement process.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account claiming — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

oklplay's bonus and promotional communications are sent exclusively through official in-platform notifications, registered email addresses, and the official oklplay website. oklplay will never request your password or payment details in connection with a promotion.

All games available on oklplay are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time streaming with professional dealers. Game outcomes are independently audited for statistical fairness in accordance with applicable standards under oklplay's PAGCOR regulatory framework.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not influence future game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or software failure — oklplay reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oklplay platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one oklplay account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using oklplay to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or oklplay staff members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the oklplay platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the oklplay platform, game software, or proprietary content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward oklplay support staff or other platform users.

oklplay monitors platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct, including unusual betting patterns, atypical withdrawal sequences, and suspicious account activity. All findings are subject to review by oklplay's compliance team and, where required, reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

oklplay is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. oklplay provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oklplay platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any oklplay content.
• Use the oklplay name, logo, or branding in any public-facing context without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror oklplay content on any other website or platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any oklplay software.

Any unauthorised use of oklplay's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oklplay's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your oklplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oklplay shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or oklplay had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers.

oklplay makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to oklplay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

oklplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By creating an oklplay account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes processing your data for purposes of account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering monitoring, and customer support.

oklplay implements industry-standard security measures — including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

oklplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, oklplay will notify registered users via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the oklplay platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the oklplay platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with oklplay's customer support team. oklplay aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For matters within the scope of PAGCOR's regulatory authority, the dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR shall apply.

oklplay complies with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) and its amendments, and will cooperate fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other Philippine regulatory bodies as required.
